A rental agreement is a voluntary agreement between the Lessee and the Lessor: each party has a responsibility to uphold their responsibility as defined in the lease agreement. This form should be completed within 72 hours after moving into the rental property. This report will be used to document the condition of the unit that is or has been rented.
This form is to serve as notice of any issues that you as Lessee would like to note as of the condition of the property upon your move in. Please note any issues that you deem could be held against your security deposit on move out. This form will be kept on file with Rent Me Florida and the Lessor.
