RENT ME FLORIDA offers four levels of rental services - from lease property marketing to full service property management.  These services are offered at discounted rates to meet the needs of property owners, providing owners with the resources to manage their property at a level that is comfortable and affordable for them.

Here are the four Rent Me Florida Packages…….


Plan A

“Marketing Manager” - Marketing Ala Cart Package
Property owner pays a low onetime fee and RENT ME FLORIDA market’s your rental property until your property is leased.
Through our creative marketing campaigns, RENT ME FLORIDA guarantees to generate leads aimed towards your type of rental property. The lead calls are then forwarded to you.  You return the lead calls, interview the prospective tenant and show the property.
Once you find a good prospective tenant for your property, you may choose to complete the rental process on your own, or choose to have RENT ME FLORIDA assist you with the process on an ala cart basis.
 

Here’s what
“The Market Manager” Package Includes:

  • Newspaper marketing advertising in the local print media
  • Yellow Page Ads in phone book and internet
  • Broadcast/Cable television advertising
  • Listing on our RENT ME FLORIDA website (Includes your digital pictures. Additional fee applicable if we take pictures)
  • Internet advertising
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Rental signs for you to place on the property (when permitted)
  • RENT ME FLORIDA rental application
  • Lead calls phoned, faxed or emailed to you

Plan A has a one-time fee.

Additional services for Marketing Package are on an ala cart basis:

  • Application credit check
  • Digital pictures fee
  • Assist in Lease preparation fee
  • Lock box

Plan B

“Let Us Do It” - Marketing/Lease Package
Property owner can relax and let RENT ME FLORIDA take care of marketing and the lease process for your property. 
Your property will be included in our multi-marketing campaigns until
RENT ME FLORIDA
finds the right tenant for your property, and the leasing
process is completed. Then, you take it from there.


Here is what you will receive with our “Let Us Do It” Package:

  • Newspaper marketing advertising in the local print media
  • Newspaper marketing in other states throughout the US
  • RENT ME FLORIDA name is marketed in various other media such as Yellow Page, Alternative Yellow Page, and Restaurant Table Top Advertising, Cable television, Broadcast TV, and soon to come National Television Advertising.
  • Internet Advertising on other websites
  • Email drip campaigns
  • Listing on our RENT ME FLORIDA website, which includes digital pictures we take at the initial visit of your property
  • Rental signs  placed on the property (when permitted)
  • Answer all lead calls in a timely manner
  • Interview all interested parties
  • Show the property
  • Distribute rental application to prospect
  • Run credit and background check
  • Assist in preparing lease for you and tenant to sign

Fees
* One-time Marketing and Lockbox Fee (paid at time you sign up with RENT ME FLORIDA)
* A flat fee paid once your property is rented.


Tenant’s first month’s rent check is paid to RENT ME FLORIDA and the flat fee is subtracted from the first month’s rent check, and the balance is sent to you along with the security deposit check.  All future rent checks are paid directly to you.  You will handle all service related and any other calls once the rental transaction is complete.

Plan C

“Lease and Take Charge”- Full Service Annual Package

The property owner simply gives RENT ME FLORIDA the keys to the property and we take charge, so you can focus on other things in life while you remain in control of your money.  We take care of your rental management for a LOW monthly fee.
No hidden costs, and your rent check is mailed directly to you each month from your tenant. RENT ME FLORIDA does NOT add on a commission to any repair or maintenance bills.  You pay the service technician directly; we handle the tenant problem calls, call the service tech, and make all the arrangements to have the problem resolved.  The service technician communicates the repair cost to you for approval and then bills you directly.

Here is what you receive with our “Lease and Take Charge” Full Service Package:

PHASE I - Leasing Process

  • Communicate with tenant

  • 24 hour emergency calls
  • Provide a vendor list of Repair/Service Technicians including their rates
  • Repair technician will contact you for repair cost approval
  • Final Inspection at end of lease period

Fees
* One-time marketing fee (paid at time you sign up with RENT ME FLORIDA)
* A flat fee paid once your property is rented.

* Monthly Service Fee (charged to your credit card monthly), OR pay one year in advance and save!

“Four Seasons” Full Service Seasonal Package   
Investors and second home owners find peace of mind with the “Four Season Package.” We care for your property on all levels of property management, so you can relax and enjoy the rewards of owning a second home without the hassle. RENT ME FLORIDA does it for a LOW monthly fee.

  • Answer all lead calls in a timely manner
  • Interview all interested parties

  • Run credit and background check
  • Assist in preparing short term lease for you and tenant to sign

PHASE II - Property Management Process

  • Answer all service calls
  • Communicate with guest
  • 24 hour emergency calls
  • Call for repairs
  • Handle all repairs under $100, and charge your credit card
  • Contact landlord for any repair over $100 for approval
  • All rent checks and security depositsare paid directly to you

Fees:
* Marketing/Admin Fee
* Per-month property management fee (charged to your credit card monthly)

Additional Service - Collection Notice Package

RENT ME FLORIDA has a tenant credit application process which is designed to help us review an individual’s background and credit history in order to present the property owner with quality qualified people as tenants.   Although this process is done with each tenant there still is the possibility that the tenant will be delinquent with their rent payment.
For a small monthly fee RENT ME FLORIDA provides collection services.
Our service includes the following:

  • Contact your tenant via telephone to inform them that their rent is delinquent, inquire about their situation, when payment will be received by the property owner.
  • Follow up with a late payment notice letter and informing the tenant that a late fee is now owed.
  • A second call and letter will follow if the payment is not received by the property owner within 5 working days from the first call.
  • A final letter is sent to inform the tenant that they need to contact the property owner to make arrangement to move.
  • The property owner will be contacted by RENT ME FLORIDA to see if they would like us to refer an Attorney for eviction process.  The attorney’s fees are separate are not included in our monthly fees.
