RENT ME FLORIDA is a statewide property management company in need of reputable vendors -- handyman services, A/C, plumbers etc. -- to service our property listings. Since opening in May 2007, RENT ME FLORIDA has listed over 400 rental properties from the Orlando to Cape Coral. We are continually adding rental properties to our inventory which brings us closer to our goal of becoming a statewide property management company.

Here's how our vendor program works...
Landlords and tenants call our customer service department with their requests and we in turn provide a "work order" to you with all of the contact information and details to schedule the repair. All payment arrangements are then made directly between you and the homeowner.

How do I sign up?
As an interested vendor you fill out our vendor application and pay a nominal annual fee.
We then complete a background check, review your license and check your references and then you're added to our call center.
You start receiving work orders... It's that simple!
