Here's how it works:

  • Sign up as a Rent Me Florida Rental Network Agent
  • You will be redirected to the admin site to enter your listings on RentMeFlorida.com
  • RMF will then allow you to show any properties they have listed on the RMF website
  • And RMF agrees to pay you a finder's fee of 25% of our leasing fee should you procure a tenant for one of RMF's rental listings
  • You agree to permit a RMF Rental Specialist to show any of your rental listings on RentMeFlorida.com
  • You agree to pay a 25% finder's fee of your leasing fee should an RMF Rental Specialist procure a tenant for one of your rental listings on RentMeFlorida.com
  • The listing agent completes all of the paperwork (application, lease preparation, etc.) and communicates directly with their property owner.
  • The agent that procures the tenant will communicate with the listing agent, supply all tenant contact information and submit a referral form to the listing agent.

Ready to get started?

Step 1: Create an account (By creating your account and adding a property, you agree to the Terms and Conditions)

Step 2: Log into your new account to add your rental property

Step 3: Add your rental property

  • Click on Add a Listing from the Realtor Section in the left hand column
  • Choose the property class - Annual or Vacation Rental
  • Fill in the details of your property
  • Click Submit

Step 4: Upload your photos

  • Click the browse button to search for photos on your computer, cd or san disk
  • Click Upload
  • Rember photos must be no larger than 640 x 480

That's it!  Your property will be listed on RentMeFlorida.com instantly and any internet leads will be sent direclty to you!
