Our monthly Home Watch Services will include:

• Our contracted Home Watch Service Vendor will visit your property twice monthly
• Check exterior of your home with a visual inspection examining the doors, windows and sliders
• Check exterior for wind and water damage
• Check interior for water leaks
• Monitor A/C unit and humidistat
• Check all appliances for normal operation
• Run faucets and flush toilets on a regular basis when required
• Run dish washer and garbage disposal to prevent seals from drying out
• Monitor pool and pool pumps
• Monitor landscaping
• Start motor vehicles and golf carts when requested
• Water plants when requested
• Check sprinkler system for damage and proper operations
• Provide inspection reports when requested

You will also receive a "freshen up" cleaning one week prior to the arrival of your 1st guest.
