is a company created to fulfill the need for affordable
rental service for second home owners and/or investors
during this challenging economical time. Our company
is comprised of real estate, legal, psychology and marketing
professionals who recognize the importance of market
value, competent service and the strength of relationship
building.
RENT ME FLORIDA
offers various rental service solutions while providing
the owner the power to remain in control of their property
with minimal effort on their part. We offer four rental
service packages, from basic property marketing service
to full service property management for both annual
and seasonal rentals. All services are offered at discounted
flat fees with no commission percentages or repair mark
ups. Security deposits and the rental payments are made
directly to the property owner, except for the first
month's rental payment which is paid to RENT
ME FLORIDA - our fee is taken out and then the
balance is sent to the property owner. Our packages
provide the owner an opportunity for a greater profit
margin, while experiencing a better way of managing
their investment.
RENT ME FLORIDA
has quick turnaround times for listed rental properties
due to our innovative concept of the tenant rewards
program, "Renny Rewards™". With "Renny
Rewards™", tenants earn a 3 day/2 night stay
for a family of four at four star resorts with a choice
of 28 locations throughout the USA, simply by signing
a one year lease. Later we will be offering other "Renny
Reward™" incentives to tenants as well as
property owners.

now serves the Englewood, North Port, Port Charlotte,
Punta Gorda, Venice, Sarasota, Bradenton and surrounding
areas.

Our Affiliate Program gives your real
estate company the opportunity to offer your customers
a property management service without the hassle or
cost of starting and managing your own rental service.
As an affiliate of RENT ME
FLORIDA we do all the work while your sales associates
and your company earn extra income - while providing
a valuable service to your customers.
We at RENT ME
FLORIDA recognize the strength and value of building
business relationships and the importance of remaining
loyal to those relationships. This is why we provide
all referring agents with the
RENT ME FLORIDA Certificate of Loyalty. Our Certificate
of Loyalty makes the promise to all sales associates
that any rental customer referred to us by a sales associate
shall be referred back to that agent should the customer
choose to buy or sell a home in the future.
RENT ME FLORIDA
Affiliate Program Offers...
- Once your company enrolls RENT
ME FLORIDA will make a presentation to your
agents explaining the program;
- RENT ME FLORIDA
supplies marketing materials to your office;
- Your company displays the Affiliate
of RENT ME FLORIDA
Logo at the entrance of your office;
- Your agents refer property owners and
prospective tenants to RENT
ME FLORIDA;
- Your agent completes our referral sheet
and emails or faxes it to us for each customer they
refer to us;
- Your agent will receive the following
referral fee once the rental transaction is completed:
$50.00 Referral

All checks will be mailed to the broker
for distribution to their agents
- Our sales agents do all the work, your
agent only needs to complete the referral sheet, email
or fax it to us and we take it from there;
- Your agent will receive a bonus trip
for every six completed referral transactions sent
to us over a 12 month period;
- Your real estate company will receive
a percentage override on all referrals sent by your
agents;
- RENT ME FLORIDA
will provide your company a sales report listing the
referrals received and the total amount received by
our company as a result of the referrals by your agents;
- A report is sent out monthly along
with your override and the referral checks due to
the agents. All referral fees and affiliate fees are
paid on the 15th of the following month after the
rental transaction is complete.
- RENT ME FLORIDA
will provide your company with One - 5 day stay in
St. Thomas or other destination, once your agents
have referred a certain amount (disscussed at time
of agreement) of business to our company over a twelve-month
period of time. You may choose how you would like
to utilize the reward.
Important Points to Remember:
- Tenant security deposits and monthly
rent checks (after the first month's rent) are made
directly to the property owner - therefore it is not
necessary for RENT ME FLORIDA
to maintain an escrow account.
- All leases are in the name of the property
owner and the tenants.
