RENT ME FLORIDA is a statewide discount rental company serving the state of Florida. We offer various rental services to property owners, residential tenants, and vacationers.

RENT ME FLORIDA has put a new twist on this old style of Property Management. Our process provides property owners the ability to remain in control of their rental property by offering marketing, leasing and property management packages along with various a la carte services also relating to property management.

Our services help landlords free themselves of the routine and often time-consuming tasks associated with renting, operating, maintaining, and managing rental real estate; while still remaining in control of the decision making.

Our packages include the "Do It Yourself" package, where the home owner lists their own rental property online with all the leads and other rental processes handled directly by the property owner.

The "Let Us Do It", package which is designed for annual rentals, is offered on a flat fee basis with various other rental services such as property management, collection and/or our home evaluation services offered on an a la carte basis. The "Full Service Package", a vacation rental service, is also offered with a choice of additional services and products as listed in the annual package; again at low flat fees. RENT ME FLORIDA is unique in that we offer tenant and landlord trip rewards, which we call "Renny Rewards™". These rewards are offered for various reasons to property owners as well as to tenants. These rewards work as an incentive for customers to remain loyal to RENT ME FLORIDA when looking for rental services. Since the inception of our company tenants have received the "Renny Reward™" #1 package, a 3 day, 2 night stay for four; some include theme park and golf /spa passes. The "Renny Reward™" #1 is given to tenants for simply signing an annual lease through our company.
